WOW its been forever since I have posted a “trend alert” post let alone about nails!!
But I’m super excited about this minimalist new trend I’ve been seeing everywhere. The white nails were all over the spring/summer 2013 runway shows and now celebs have started wearing this fresh and chic color as well.
As for myself, I haven’t sported white tips since high school and to tell you the truth I was a little skeptical about it but after applying the polish I absolutely fell in love!!!

- 4. Deborah Lippmann – Like a Virgin
- 5. China Glaze – White Out
- 6. By Terry – Bubble Glow White
Its so refreshing and goes so well with tanned skin that I already know this will be my summer color. Right now I’m all for the round/pointy shape and black polish on toes 
Tip: As this is a super tricky and hard color to apply, follow this and you will have perfect white nails for summer!
- * don’t ever skip on base coat. It makes a smooth canvas for the polish
- * after applying first coat follow by a Matte polish, it sounds weird but it evens out and makes super easy for the next one
- * apply the next coat of white and will be surprise on how smooth and even it will turn out
- * don’t forget your top coat! Apply it every other day for a continuous shine and long lasting color without chipping.

New additions to my closet and makeup bag ♥
Im in a black and gold mood lately, its basically what Ive been wearing the most, specially to go out.
During the day Im all about white but at night black is always black
Here a mix of new items and some old but good ones.
Got my hands on this gorgeous gold sunnies from Burberry and the new and most coveted red lipstick of the season, the MAC RiRi Woo by Rihanna!!
Both are so pretty that Ive been just starring at them and didnt have courage to wear it yet! hahaha {Are you like that??!!}
Talking makeup I also got a new highlighter from MAC, the extra dimension. I absolutely LOVE highlighters, I must have like 10 different ones! It totally gives the makeup that extra oomph.
