Something different here!<br \/>\nFor those who knows me for a while are aware that I absolutely LOVE to cook. I even had a food blog long time ago and I&#8217;m famous among my friends and family for cooking amazing meals &#8211;<del datetime=\"2013-03-07T17:21:53+00:00\">Im so modest I know!<\/del><br \/>\nAnyways.. since I always have something &#8220;cooking&#8221; why not share with you all?! Lately I&#8217;ve been having a healthy approach to food and been trying to keep things light yet delicious.<br \/>\nOne of my 2013 goals is to live a healthier life and Ive been following that and loving it. Lots of organic food,\u00a0exercise, love and laughter!<\/p>\n<p>Today I bring you this <em>ridiculously good soup<\/em>. Seriously is so good that I already made like 5 times in a row and just cant get enough!<br \/>\nSuper simple and light, each portion has only 110 calories!!<\/p>\n<p>Hope you enjoy it! Incorporei muitos alimentos org\u00e2nicos, receitinhas leves e deliciosas, gin\u00e1stica e muito mais alegria, risos e amor!<\/p>\n<p>Hoje trago esta receita de sopa de cenoura com gengibre que esta fazendo MUITO sucesso na minha casa. J\u00e1 fiz umas 5 vezes e pra ser sincera posso comer ela todo dia sem problemas de t\u00e3o deliciosa que \u00e9!<br \/>\nSuper f\u00e1cil de fazer, leve e saud\u00e1vel. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Cada por\u00e7\u00e3o tem apenas 110 calorias!!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Espero que gostem! When you need to use just straight up grate it. Add broth, carrots and ginger and bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until carrots are tender. Turn the heat off, add the sour cream and then transfer the soup to a blender and puree, or use an immersion blender. Season with salt and\/or pepper. Serve with fresh chives. My favorite is cilantro!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><em>Enjoy! Xx Bru<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Sopa de Cenoura e Gengibre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500gr de cenoura, descascada e picada<\/li>\n<li>1 col sopa de manteiga sem sal (ou azeite, ou \u00f3leo de coco)<\/li>\n<li>1 cebola grande picada<\/li>\n<li>4 x\u00edcaras de caldo de vegetais com pouco s\u00f3dio ou use 1 cubo de caldo de vegetais dissolvido em 4 x\u00edcaras de \u00e1gua<\/li>\n<li>1 col sopa de gengibre fresco ralado<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 xicara de creme de leite fresco desnatado (ou leite desnatado)<\/li>\n<li>sale pimenta do reino a gosto<\/li>\n<li>2 col sopa de cebolinha(ou salsinha, coentro)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Modo de Fazer:<\/p>\n<p>Em uma panela grande, cozinhe as cebolas na manteiga (ou azeite) at\u00e9 ficar macio. Adicione o caldo, a cenoura e o gengibre e deixe ferver, em seguida, cozinhe destampado por 15-20 minutos ou at\u00e9 que as cenouras estejam macias. Desligue o fogo, adicione o creme de leite e depois transfira a sopa para um liquidificador e bata, ou usar um liquidificador de imers\u00e3o. Tempere com sal e \/ ou pimenta. Sirva com cebolinha fresca. O meu favorito \u00e9 o coentro!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><em>Enjoy!
