Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes (or when rice is cooked).<\/li>\n<li>In a clean saucepan, combine 1 1\/2 cups cooked rice, 1 1\/2 cups almond milk, agave and salt. Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy, 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in remaining 1\/2 cup milk, beaten egg, vanilla and raisins; cook 2 minutes more, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and serve with fresh strawberries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Arroz Doce Cremoso com leite de am\u00eandoas <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3\/4 x\u00edcara arroz branco cru (arroz de sushi, jasmim ou basmati funciona melhor)<\/li>\n<li>2 x\u00edcaras de leite de am\u00eandoa sem a\u00e7\u00facar, dividido<\/li>\n<li>4 col sopa n\u00e9ctar de agave<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 colher de ch\u00e1 de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 ovo batido<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 x\u00edcara de uvas passas (eu gosto da branca)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de ess\u00eancia de baunilha<\/li>\n<li>morangos para servir (ou outra fruta que voc\u00ea gostar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Modo de Fazer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leve 1 1\/2 x\u00edcaras de \u00e1gua para ferver em uma panela, misture o arroz em \u00e1gua fervente. Reduza o fogo e tampe a panela, e deixe cozinhar por 20 minutos (ou at\u00e9 que o arroz esteja cozido).<\/li>\n<li>Em uma panela limpa, misture 1 1\/2 x\u00edcaras de arroz cozido, 1 1\/2 x\u00edcaras de leite de am\u00eandoa, o agave, e sal. Cozinhe em fogo m\u00e9dio at\u00e9 engrossar e ficar cremoso, de 15 a 20 minutos. Misture o leite restante 1\/2 x\u00edcara de leite, o ovo batido, a baunilha e as uvas passas e cozinhe mais 2 minutos, mexendo sempre.
