Bake sweet potato. Peel, place in large mixing bowl.<br \/>\n2. Add drained beans to mixing bowl. Mash beans and potato together.<br \/>\n3. Mash in seasoning, flour and any additional seasoning. Your mixture will be quite soft and moist. But you should be able to form a patty. Add more flour or a scoop of breadcrumbs &#8211; or dry rice to thicken the mixture if needed.<br \/>\n4. Heat 1 Tbsp safflower oil in a pan over high heat.<br \/>\n5. Form a patty from mixture and coat in Panko crumbs. Thick coating. Then drop the patty in the pan. Repeat until the pan is filled. Cook until browned on both sides. You could also bake. If baking, use less Panko.<br \/>\n6. Transfer cooked patties to paper towel. Cool for a few minutes.<br \/>\n7. Serve on toasted bun with lots of toppings.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p><!--:--><!--:pt--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Hamburguer de Batata Doce<\/strong><br \/>\nRendimento 7-8 hamburgueres grandes<\/p>\n<p>2 latas de feij\u00e3o branco tipo cannellini, lavado<br \/>\n1 batata doce grande, cozida\/descascada\/pur\u00ea (cerca de 2 x\u00edcaras)<br \/>\n2 colheres de sopa de tahine<br \/>\n2 colheres de ch\u00e1 de maple syrup ou xarope de agave<br \/>\n1 colher de ch\u00e1 de tempero com pimenta e lim\u00e3o ou tempero tipo Cajun (ou outro tempero favorito!)<br \/>\n1\/4 x\u00edcara de Farinha de trigo<br \/>\nopcional: tempero adicional (o que voc\u00ea tiver a m\u00e3o &#8211; eu usei pimenta do reino e caiena)<br \/>\nsal a gosto, se necess\u00e1rio<\/p>\n<p>farinha de rosca, o quanto baste<br \/>\n\u00f3leo para fritar, pouquinho s\u00f3 na panela<\/p>\n<p>adicional para os hamb\u00fargueres: abacate, mostarda Dijon, p\u00e3o integral, alface, cebola, azeite, pimenta<\/p>\n<p>Modo de Fazer:<\/p>\n<p>1. Asse a batata doce. Descasque, amasse e separe em uma tigela grande.<br \/>\n2. Adicione o feij\u00e3o escorrido na tigela. Amasse o feij\u00e3o e a batata juntos.<br \/>\n3. Misture os temperos, farinha e qualquer outro tempero de sua escolha. Sua mistura vai ficar super macia e \u00famida. Mas voc\u00ea deve ser capaz de formar o hamb\u00farguer. Adicione mais farinha ou uma colher de farinha de rosca &#8211; ou arroz seco para engrossar a mistura, se necess\u00e1rio.<br \/>\n4. Esquente 1 colher de sopa de \u00f3leo em uma panela em fogo alto.<br \/>\n5. Forme o hamb\u00farguer e passe uma camada grossa da farinha de rosca. Em seguida, frite o hamb\u00farguer na frigideira. Cozinhe at\u00e9 dourar dos dois lados. Voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode assar. Se assar, use menos farinha de rosca.<br \/>\n6. Transfira os hamb\u00fargueres fritos e seque com uma toalha de papel. Deixe esfriar por alguns minutos.<br \/>\n7.
