I know I know… winter is almost over…finally!!<\/em> And with it I learned a few tricks for enduring one of the harshest winters we’ve had.
\nIts definitely not sexy but keep me warm and I don’t care! Here are my 5 secrets on layering for surviving the cold days:<\/p>\n

  1. BODYSUITS.<\/strong> Why? Because of the tight fit, specially the long sleeves<\/a> ones, will keep you warm without adding extra bulk to whatever you layer on top.<\/li>\n
  2. TIGHTS.<\/strong> Not the lace, barely there. I’m talking about the high denier (80 and up). Wear it under your pants, jeans, with skirt. Pretty much everything. Need extra warmth? Try adding more than 1 pair! Will definitely keep you toasty!<\/li>\n
  3. WOOL SOCKS.<\/strong> Merino wool to be specific. Will keep your feet super warm but at the same time will absorb any moisture. My faves are the dressier ones, a little bit longer, the man kind \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n
  4. LEATHER JACKET.<\/strong> Leather jacket??<\/em> Yep. I love to add a leather jacket under my coat. It helps shield the cold winds while keep in you stylish when you take your big coat off.<\/li>\n
  5. GLOVES + HAND WARMERS.<\/strong> I love a good pair of leather gloves but they are not warm and not “iphone touch appropriate”. What to do in this case? Simple, just add a hand warmer inside your coat pocket and pair with the glove. You will thank me later.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
