Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate. Next combine the garlic and shallot with the lemon juice in a food processor. Pulse for 30 seconds. Add parsley, thyme, raisins and cumin. Pulse for another minute or so. Season with salt and pepper. Add chickpeas and pulse until mixture is well chopped but not pureed. Do not over pulse. You are not making hummus. You should be able to form balls easily, but it\u2019s not time for that yet. In a bowl add flour, egg, and baking powder to the chickpea mixture and mix with a spoon until everything is incorporated. Next let he mixture rest in the fridge for at least one hour but preferably 2. This step is crucial to your success. Nada mais \u00e9 que um bolinho feito de gr\u00e3o de bico que \u00e9 simplesmente <em>uma DELICIA<\/em>!!<br \/>\nUma maneira f\u00e1cil de adicionar alguns legumes na sua dieta ou enganar a crian\u00e7ada \u00e0 comer saud\u00e1vel sem perceber!<br \/>\nFalafels s\u00e3o super saborosos, vegan, uma grande fonte de prote\u00edna e s\u00e3o super f\u00e1ceis de fazer.<br \/>\nVeja a receita e deixe-me saber o que achou \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>xx B.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Falafel com Pepino e Dip de Menta com&nbsp;Iogurt<\/strong><br \/>\nServe: 4 pessoas<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2014INGREDIENTES\u2014<\/strong><br \/>\n2 latas de gr\u00e3o de bico<br \/>\n1\/2 x\u00edcara de salsinha fresca picada<br \/>\nsuco de 1 lim\u00e3o grande<br \/>\n1\/2 cebola picada<br \/>\n3 dentes de alho picados<br \/>\n3 colheres de sopa de uva-passa amarela<br \/>\n2 colheres de ch\u00e1 de cominho<br \/>\nv\u00e1rios ramos de tomilho<br \/>\n1 ovo<br \/>\n1\/2 x\u00edcara de farinha<br \/>\n1 colher de sopa de fermento em p\u00f3<br \/>\n1\/2 x\u00edcara de \u00f3leo de semente de uva<br \/>\nv\u00e1rios ramos de hortel\u00e3 fresca<br \/>\n2 colheres de sopa de iogurte grego<br \/>\n1\/2 pepino em fatias finas<br \/>\nsal e pimenta a gosto<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2014COMO FAZER\u2014<\/strong><br \/>\nMisture o iogurte com a hortel\u00e3 em fatias finas. Tempere com sal e pimenta e leve \u00e0 geladeira. Em um processador de alimentos combine o alho e cebola com o suco de lim\u00e3o. Pulse por 30 segundos. Acrescente a salsinha, tomilho, passas e cominho. Pulse por mais um minuto mais ou menos. Tempere com sal e pimenta. Adicione o gr\u00e3o de bico e pulse at\u00e9 que a mistura fique bem incorporada, mas n\u00e3o pur\u00e9. N\u00e3o pulse em excesso. Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o est\u00e1 fazendo hummus. Voc\u00ea deve ser capaz de formar bolas com facilidade, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 hora para isso ainda.
